Give the light and people will find their way I by themselves.

Appeal to People and Heads of governments of all 200 States of the World.

The world steps into the 3d millennium of our mutual modern history. On the boundary of the new era the mankind fronts the main program of development: Human Rights in the 3d millennium A. D.

The modern tendencies of 2000 year of turning of the man into mindless appendage of technical progress oppose the evolution and human rights and ask for immediate interference of progressive forces of the Earth civilization and human rights spokesmen.

Our aim and our task of the 3d millennium are to revive the Man, return him the Crown of Creation and guarantee the Human Rights for this Revival: political, civil, social, economical and cultural rights.

On the threshold of the 3d millennium of our mutual modern history we begin the new era in the mankind's history - the era of the Man, the era of the spiritual development of the Man, the era of the Intellect of the Man, his Mind, Creation and Human Rights, which will guarantee the achievement of the highest tops of Spirituality, Intellect and social status in the society.

To find a way out of the impasse for the Earth civilization in the future it is high time to perform legal, ideological revolution of the 3d millennium A. D. by humanitarian legal means.
